This orange building, Dublin House, is close to Belfast city centre and is located in Arthur Square. From what I was told while drawing there, there is a freshwater spring in this area that, unfortunately, is not currently accessible to the public.

Materials used were a black Rembrandt pastel and poster paints (either gouache or tempera).
